Refund policy

At HitLab Collectibles, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.

Due to the nature of collectibles and trading cards, all products are carefully inspected and securely packaged prior to shipment to ensure they arrive in the condition described.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the situation and work with you to find a fair resolution.

Store Credit

In certain cases, and at our discretion, we may offer store credit as a resolution depending on the issue reported. Store credit is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All trading cards, sealed products, and collectibles
  • Items that have been opened or altered after delivery
  • Orders outside the reporting window
